Waiting for Wings

We received our 6 caterpillars in the mail the other day.  We watched as they ate and ate and grew quite a bit bigger.  Then finally they changed into their chrysalis stage.  After a week or so of impatiently waiting, they finally emerged.  The k-kids were excited!  Then after a few days we released them.  It was a great experience for the children and it should be something they will remember for a long time.
